  I believe I might possibly have mentioned already that I see Bleach movies as a pile of HQ fanservice footage, and as such I will be expecting AS MUCH FANSERVICE AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE from this IchiRuki movie.

The moment I saw this scene, I had all those fuzzy feelings and I had no doubt that they are the main Bleach couple. After all, they are destinated. <3
I lurve IchiRuki 'cause it's the only anime/manga couple who manages to give me those fuzzy and warm feelings everytime they interact. Sounds funny, isn't it? But it's really amazing how an anime/manga couple has such an effect towards me.
Yep. They are not all about lovey-dovey sh*t. And that's exactly what makes them different from many other anime/manga couples.
You just don't need a hug, a kiss or a freakin' "I love you!" said aloud when it comes about IchiRuki, to know that their relationship is that deep, 'cause their actions speak so much louder than words.
Subtle hints like those special smiles they reserve only for each other or the way they understand each other so well as if they always knew each other, are just enough for their relationship to develop into 'something more' everytime.
"She's not just a nakama. To Kurosaki-kun, Kuchiki-san is a very important person! Because ... Kuchiki-san is the person who changed his world." - Inoue, ch. 164
"Thanks you Rukia ... Thanks to you, I think the rain has finally stopped" - Ichigo, ch. 181
'Rukia is like a ray of light for ichigo" - Kubo Tite.
"That's the man you have been in my heart, Ichigo!!!" - Rukia, ch. 196
Canon lines like these makes ya see that unique and deep bond that binds them. Maybe they can't be called "lovers", yet, but it's obvious that Ichigo puts Rukia in different "box" than he does woth his other nakamas - Chad, Inoue, Ishida, Renji, etc. -
She's the one who changed his world, the one who stopped the rain and his ray of light. She already does have her own 'something more than a nakama' category in Ichigo's heart. Same goes for Rukia.
If you're not in denial, it's impossible to not see/to ignore the big potential, Ichigo and Rukia have in becoming canon/a couple. IchiRuki is lurve, and you know that!
